How does shipping work?
When you place an order, you will be paying for the repair or refurbish service and the return shipment to you. After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation with the address to send your guitar(s) in need of repair. Once we receive it, we will fix the issue and ship it back.
I’m not sure what to purchase?
No problem at all. Contact Chris through text message and you can speak with him about the issue and what option to choose.
How long until I receive my guitar back?
Once you ship them to us, allow 3-5 days for us to get it. We will service the guitars in the order they are received. At this time we get to the orders within 5 business days. Finally allow 3-5 days for return shipment. In total you are looking at 7 - 15 business days.
